Pick-Dream develops the Vocational and Professional Guidance Program focused on Gen Z, to help them build their life project. We want to reduce the university dropout rate.

Psychometric Testing
We build the vocational profile with the results of psychological tests in emotional intelligence, personality, aptitudes, talents, interests, occupations and elective IB subjects; throughout high school with emphasis on the last three years of school.
Vocational Coaching
We develop local and international career development planning experiences through building self-knowledge, exploring career fields, creating a plan and continually re-evaluating as the individual gains knowledge, skills and experience.
Professiongram
As an internationalization strategy, we conduct workshops on emerging professions, career zooming, salary context, points of convergence between professions, dual programs and degrees.
Metrics
We provide Executive Reports that consolidate and analyze student data to identify learning trends, emotions and interests. We visualize critical institution data that require an early improvement plan.
